Payton's New Best Friend

Payton has a new friend she recently discovered Buster and she can not get enough. She loves to feed him whatever snack is in her bag and I think that Buster is enjoying his new friend just as much as she is. I do have to say he is very patient with her because when she is not feeding him snacks she is pulling on his tail to get him to go where she wants. It is fun to watch her with him and even though I curse the dog pretty much everyday I have to admit that he is very patient with the kids and now he is entertaining Payton what more can I ask for.

Enjoying a little Sunshine

We had one day of sunshine before the snow came back and the kids had so much fun playing outside. Payton loves jumping on the trampoline and playing on the swing set I think she stayed outside the entire day. The boys had fun with the bubbles they got in their Easter baskets and Payton enjoyed chasing them around. We are all hoping for some more sunny days and a little less snow around here.

Easter

The kids had lots of fun this Easter the boys loved their Easter baskets and have enjoyed cuddling with their blue bunnies that Grandma got them. They have been dragging them around the house for days and we finally had to put their names on their bunnies because even though they look the same they still would fight over who took who's bunny. Payton was not so excited about the stuffed animals this year, but she loved her Tinkerbell tea set and plays with it all the time the funny part about it is she will pour a drink for herself but not for anyone else.

Payton looked so cute in her Easter dress and she danced all around for Chris and the boys when I put it on her, but as soon as the camera came out there was no more dancing just crying so this is about the best picture we got of her in her dress maybe we will try again the next time we put her in it.

The boys were excited to dress like their dad even though they would not wear the same shirt it is so hard when they start having opinions about what they want to wear, but it worked out in the end and they all looked very handsome.

The boys loved the Easter egg hunt and found lots of eggs. Payton was not interested in finding eggs at all I think she picked up one egg and that was good enough for her. We had lots of fun this year it was fun having my mom here and the sun was out so they actually got to have an Easter egg hunt outside instead of in the house this year.

Coloring Eggs with Grandma

My mom and dad came into town for conference and then mom stayed to spend time with the kids and us of course more so the kids I am sure. It has been tons of fun but for most of this week the kids have been sick so we have not got to do that many fun Easter activities. With the kids finally better we colored eggs today with Grandma and they had so much fun. I love this time of year, but it always seems like with the weather changing we end up with sick kids hopefully we are done and can enjoy the rest of the our Easter weekend.
