Carter had his 100th day of school a few days ago and he was suppose to put 100 items on an article of clothing. We decided we would use buttons and Carter wanted a dragon on his shirt. So Carter and Chris used the buttons to make a dragon. Carter was really excited about his shirt even though he said everyone at school thought it was a unicorn. Chris still can't believe that people confused his dragon with a unicorn because unicorns do not breath fire. I tried to get rid of the horns which I think make the dragon look like a unicorn but no one ever listens to me when it comes to projects like this.

Fun in the Snow with Cousins!
Colby and Julie and their family came for a visit and we all went up to Julie's uncles cabin to play in the snow since we have none at our house. All the kids had so much fun playing together. They all loved sledding down the hill and riding behind the ATV's on the sled. It has been so fun watching all the kids play together my kids have loved spending time with their cousins. They are all going to be so sad when they leave especially Payton she has loved having Madison around to play with.,

Our Little Ballerina
Payton started dance on Monday and she loved it. The class teaches ballet, tap and tumbling. She was so excited when it was over and she has asked me everyday since when she gets to go back. She is taking the class with Aubrey so she is excited to have a friend. It was so fun watching her I am glad that she loves it.

No more Diapers!
We are finally diaper free I can hardly believe it. This weekend we potty trained Logan and I have to say out of all the kids he was my easiest. Friday was a little rough but by Saturday he had it and was going potty on his own I didn't even have to remind him. He is so proud of himself and he wants to make sure that the boys and Chris know that he is a big boy now. He even told me he gets to go hunting now because he doesn't wear a diaper.

Christmas in California
This year everyone was in California for Christmas. The family has really grown over the years and there are lots of kids running around my parents house. The elves came on Christmas Eve and brought everyone pajamas and this year Grandpa matched all the kids. Christmas morning was tons of fun all the kids loved opening all their presents. Logan really liked opening presents and if we weren't watching he would open anything in his reach. It was so fun being with everyone on Christmas the kids loved being with Grandma and Grandpa and all their cousins.

Chris and his Eating Challenge
For some reason Chris was set on doing an eating challenge while we were in California. When we got there he found there were two different eating challenges and after much research he picked trying to eat a huge hamburger and tons of fries. I am not sure how he did it but he somehow convinced John and Shane to join him on this eating adventure. When they started everyone was excited and ready to go but by the time we hit the 20 minute mark everyone had slowed down and not much progress was being made. Chris and John came the closest to being able to complete the challenge in a hour but no one made it. Even though they were all sick they still said the food was good. Chris says he is going to try the Tsunami Challenge again sometime all I can say is he is brave I don't think I could every eat another cheeseburger after that.
