We had one day of sunshine before the snow came back and the kids had so much fun playing outside. Payton loves jumping on the trampoline and playing on the swing set I think she stayed outside the entire day. The boys had fun with the bubbles they got in their Easter baskets and Payton enjoyed chasing them around. We are all hoping for some more sunny days and a little less snow around here.

Easter
The kids had lots of fun this Easter the boys loved their Easter baskets and have enjoyed cuddling with their blue bunnies that Grandma got them. They have been dragging them around the house for days and we finally had to put their names on their bunnies because even though they look the same they still would fight over who took who's bunny. Payton was not so excited about the stuffed animals this year, but she loved her Tinkerbell tea set and plays with it all the time the funny part about it is she will pour a drink for herself but not for anyone else.
The boys were excited to dress like their dad even though they would not wear the same shirt it is so hard when they start having opinions about what they want to wear, but it worked out in the end and they all looked very handsome.

Coloring Eggs with Grandma
My mom and dad came into town for conference and then mom stayed to spend time with the kids and us of course more so the kids I am sure. It has been tons of fun but for most of this week the kids have been sick so we have not got to do that many fun Easter activities. With the kids finally better we colored eggs today with Grandma and they had so much fun. I love this time of year, but it always seems like with the weather changing we end up with sick kids hopefully we are done and can enjoy the rest of the our Easter weekend.

Our Silly Little Girl
After having two boys I could not wait to have a sweet little girl and dress her in cute little dresses and put bows in her hair and watch her as she sat quietly and colored or something. I did get my cute little girl, but she rarely sits and today when I went to pick her up at nursery she looked like this bow ripped out of her hair and she was missing that cute little dress I had put on her. She apparently got tired of her dress and took it off and to top it off she could not hold still so then I spent the next ten minutes chasing her around the church while trying to carry my stuff and when I picked her up she was throwing herself all over the place so I almost dropped her I am sure everyone there thought both of us were crazy. I love this little girl even though I am finding that she has just as much or more energy then the boys every had she definitely keeps both Chris and I on our toes.

SoodleSeat
One of my good friends has developed a product that helps calm and soothe babies who have colic or babies that are just fussy and have a hard time sleeping. I know that she had a baby of her own that had colic and she tried everything to soothe him so I am sure there was much thought put into this product. If you or anyone you know has a baby that has colic or that is fussy and not sleeping well I would recommend giving this product a try. The name of the product is SoodleSeat just click on the name and it will take you to the site with more information about the product and some testimonials of mothers who have bought and tried the product and found that it helped.

5,4,3... Blast Off
On Tuesday Chris brought home a rocket kit to build with the boys and then they were going to launch the rocket on Saturday. The boys could not have been more excited they could not wait for Chris to get home on Wednesday so they could start building their rocket. I thought this would be like an hour project, but it turned into a 3 day project by the time they built and painted the rocket. We then made the mistake of telling them we were going to launch the rocket on Saturday morning so they were in our room at 6:30 am ready to go and there was no way we could convince them to go back to sleep. After what seemed like hours since we were up when it was still dark outside it was finally time to go launch the rocket and by now the rocket had a name and it was Captain America as you can tell from the pictures below all the boys especially Chris were very proud of this rocket.
It was finally time for Kolter and Chris to set off their rockets and they were just as excited about it as the boys. To be honest I am not sure which rocket went higher if you talk to Chris it was his and if you talk to Kolter it was his so I don't think we will ever know who had the better rocket, but they all had a lot of fun playing with their rockets I think the big boys enjoyed it even a little more then the little ones.

She Really Loves the Tub
Payton usually sits or lays in the tub with her blanket while I get ready I can't imagine that it is very comfortable but she loves it and when I turned around the other day I noticed she had fallen asleep. I have changed numerous outfits because she turns the water on and instead of trying to get out just sits there and plays in the cold water. She always wants to take her baths in our tub instead of the kids tub I can't really blame her there is more room to splash around in our tub. She is so much fun she has changed so much in the last few months she loves running around with her brothers and playing with all of her toys I find her kitchen food all over the house. I have to admit she is pretty spoiled and has us all wrapped around her finger and she knows it, but it is so hard knowing that she is going to be the only girl this is definitely something I am going to have to work on before we are in big trouble.
